Recruit and lead TFCNA recruitment activities.
Manage new member orientation and contact.
Contact new residents.
Provide ongoing training/education to TFCNA residents.
Resolve issues of membership.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is comprised of the officers of the Board of Directors (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer). The Executive Committee shall:
Convene for the purpose of addressing special situations as they may arise.
Support duties required by standing or ad-hoc committees in the absence of a chairperson (with approval of the Board)
Bylaws
Recommend needed changes to the By-Laws.
Lead the review and amendment process.
Serve as the subject matter expert for By-Laws interpretation.
Housing
Review/update and support the current TFCNA Land Use Plan.
Recommend and support prudent planning initiatives
Monitor public improvements, policies and expenditures.
Maximize use of city and county services.
Recommend goals and strategies for preservation and conservation of neighborhood assets.
Newsletter
Manage TFCNA public relations and marketing efforts.
Act as TFCNA's public relations/marketing contact.
Distribute special notices and communication.
Manage the publication and distribution of the TFCNA newsletter.
Maintain guidelines which govern internal/external communications.
